Directed creative and product development for 24 interactive learning experiences, supporting a large-scale shift toward a Digital First education strategy.

The Challenge

Design and deliver a scalable digital learning initiative for Savvas Learning’s largest PreK market in Texas, while supporting the company’s broader shift toward a Digital First strategy.

The work required balancing educational outcomes, engagement, usability, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment across product and marketing.

My Role

• Led a multidisciplinary team of six in-house animators and external development partners

• Directed creative development across 24 interactive PreK learning experiences

• Defined product roadmap, UX strategy, and overall experience architecture

• Guided alignment with stakeholders and executive leadership throughout development

• Unified product, educational, and marketing objectives into a cohesive digital framework

• Supported the foundation of the organization’s Digital First transformation

 

The Solution

Built a cohesive ecosystem of interactive educational experiences designed for PreK learners– blending play, accessibility, and curriculum-driven learning into a scalable digital platform.

The system emphasized intuitive interaction design, age-appropriate engagement, and consistency across both product and marketing touchpoints.

• Contributed to Savvas Learning becoming a leading PreK provider in the Texas market

• Helped establish and accelerate the company’s Digital First strategy

• Created one of the organization’s first unified product and marketing frameworks
